Noll's Advice for Living

Always Be in the moment.

Take time to fully appreciate the sights, smells and sounds that surround you.

For even the most ordinary can be magical when you allow your senses free reign.

If unsure how to wrap yourself in the moment, ask a cat. We offer such guidance willingly and without recompense.

Happy 'Momenting!'

That's good advice. Humans should definitely listen to cats.

I am trying to live in the moment but it would be better if my moments included a nice stroll through the garden with some catmint noshing.
